Before this house was renovated it was dark and uninviting. We recommended to this investor client that they lighten and brighten the appearance of the property so that it was a lot more appealing and valuable to potential buyers or renters. By reconfiguring the landscaping and removing the dark sunroom windows (on the right) the exterior of this property was improved in just a matter of weeks.
 
Two simple changes we recommended our client do to the bathroom further enhance the already renovated space. 1. Paint the frame of the mirror. 2. Re-tile the floor to tie through to the rest of the house. Very simple, very quick and very effective how it now ties through to the rest of the house.
 
Due to a relocated external garage and subdivision plans, this garage became redundant. Our solution for this client? Convert it into a second lounge or media room. We recommended to our client to add a new sliding door, paint the walls, replace the lighting, install new carpet and some window dressings. And you would never know the difference! Not only does this solution increase the pool of potential buyers and renters, it increases the value and potential sale price of the property substantially.
