85 Martin Ave
Originally this property looked dirty and cluttered from the outside. However, in the Renovation Action Plan we wrote for this client, we recommended the most simple of changes to lift and really sharpen up the look of the house exterior. The cost? Around $2,000 for the entire exterior. The entire house renovation cost just $17,000, took just 14 days and returned a profit (after reno costs) of $50,000!
We wanted this master bedroom to neither be masculine nor feminine, so recommended just the right colours and specifications for the walls, curtains and carpet.
A keen eye is needed to see what, other than painting the fence, was done in this photo. We wanted to help our client increase the street appeal of their property and so recommended cutting down the fence just a touch. The result? A more modern look and a more inviting feeling from the house beyond.
Our client renovated this kitchen for just $800 following our advice. Simple bench-top and cabinetry changes make it a much more user friendly space and more in line with the renovated look of the adjacent lounge room.
Helping to increase the crisp, freshh look of the property is this simple, inexpensive ($30) trick-up of one of the gardens. Before our advice, this client was going to spend hundreds (if not thousands) on all new landscaping.
We love this new look to the lounge area where we recommended removing the thick and cumbersome architraves around the archway. See how it defines the space more and gives a cleaner, more modern effect.
