Here’s an example of a smart, simple exterior renovation that added incredible value in just a matter of weeks. Using some key design ‘rules’ (called the design principles), the Renovation Action Plan we designed for this client recommended a wider style deck that ran along both front faces of the house - creating a balanced look to the property from the road. Our recommended exterior colours and some sharp landscaping add even more good looks - naturally increasing the property’s appeal and therefore value.
 
We recommended creating an opening between the dining room and the lounge of this property, re-lining the walls and replacing the carpet to make it a lighter, brighter, seemingly larger space.

 
Our client needed to create a cohesive look to this property in order to improve its appearance. So, we suggested all the colours and finishes to make it more modern and much more aesthetically pleasing to a potential purchaser.
