As a result of following the Renovation Action Plan we wrote for this property, our client spent just $8,000 on renovating this unit. One of the things we got them to do was paint the timber wardrobe doors and change the door handles. As you can see, this transforms the space entirely.
The only changes we recommended in this bathroom were to replace the shower door, replace the vanity and paint the walls. Even though the floor and wall tiles remain as they were, the new adjacent finishes (wall colour, new shower door colour and vanity) easily lighten, brighten and modernise the space.
Re-coating the kitchen doors or replacing the bench-top in this kitchen was not appropriate and would have blown this property renovation budget right out. So we recommended a few tweaks instead - painting the window architraves and the cabinetry kick strip and replacing the vertical blinds with venetians.
