Our client didn't want to do a lot of work or spend a lot of money to dramatically improve the exterior of their property for the purpose of re-valuation and/or re-sale. So with that in mind, we recommended in their Renovation Action Plan a few simple changes to the paint colours, garage gable, driveway and garden.. and what a difference those few things make!
