Hotspace can help make your renovation a reality! If you’re too busy, out of town or just simply not interested in implementing your own renovation, Hotspace will co-ordinate it for you. We work with trusted and recommended builders and project managers to transform your property according to your design report.

Or, if you fancy managing your own renovation, your Hotspace design report will give you all the information you need to make it happen. Be sure to consider what you’ll need to do if you DO decide to DIY – locate reliable trades-people and suppliers, gather quotations, source and order suitable products, nominate trades-people, co-ordinate trades-people and suppliers, manage your budget and timeframe and (possibly) deal with local authorities.

We think the extra fee of just $1600 - $1800 + GST over and above the cost of your design report, is well worth it to make your renovation process effortless!
