We guarantee that you will increase the value of your property by at least double what you paid for your renovation when you follow a Renovation Design Report prepared by us especially for you. For example, if your property is currently worth $500,000 and your Renovation Design Report recommends that you carry out work that reasonably costs you $25,000 - then our guarantee is that your property will now be worth $550,000. Or if you were to spend $35,000 on renovating your $500,000 property, our guarantee is that would then be worth $570,000.
Our clients do typically triple their renovation investment however; So in the case of a $500,000 property costing $35,000 to renovate, you would potentially increase the value of it to around $605,000.
Imagine adding that sort of value to your property in such a short space of time. Most Aussies and Kiwis don't even earn that in a year!
TERMS OF THE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If the client is not entirely satisfied with the services provided by HOTSPACE then the HOTSPACE FEE for the
renovation report shall be refunded in full PROVIDED THAT:
a. The advice and recommendations of the HOTSPACE Renovation Design Report shall be carried out in full by the client. Should the client require any explanation of the advice and recommendations then the Client should contact HOTSPACE for clarification.
Please note: The guarantee covers 'House' reports only which include advice on the interior and the exterior of the property.
b. The renovation works arising out of the HOTSPACE Renovation Design Report (“Renovation Works”) are to be completed within sixty (60) days of the date the HOTSPACE Renovation Design Report was issued.
c. The value added to the property by carrying out the Renovation Works is less than double the sum recommended to be invested in the Property in the HOTSPACE Renovation Design Report. For instance, if the HOTSPACE Renovation Design Report recommends renovation works that reasonably costs the client $25,000 the HOTSPACE guarantee is that the value of the Property shall increase by $50,000.
d. The pre-renovation valuation (from a registered valuer) must be no older than 2 months prior to the commencement of the Renovation Works.
e. The post-renovation valuation (from a registered valuer) must be carried out within one (1) month of the renovation being completed.
f. The HOTSPACE FEE shall have been paid in full.
