Refreshing the exterior of this property was as easy as clearing away the front yard and painting the weatherboards a cleaner, fresher colour. Paving the grassed area adds to the crisp effect though a patch of dense healthy grass would have been just as effective (as recommended by Hotspace!)
We recommended to this client - in order to keep their reno costs low - to retain the existing bath, vanity, floor & wall tiles and window blinds. Even so, a cleaner, fresher, more modern space was created. Smart choices for resurfacing doors, walls and tiles modernise the area in a jiffy and help increase it’s value substantially.
